    Had a great experience with working with Matt Hoople. By far was very helpful with our buying experience. He helped up figure out cheaper insurance while waiting on paperwork and was just great to work with. My husband and I recently bought a used car from Matt.

    Compared to other dealerships we have worked with and sales reps he was by far the best. He made the process comfortable, was very honest, personable and kind. When we need another car in the future we will come straight back to Matt Hoople.

    Moving back to Michigan from California with my boyfriend, who has never lived in snow, we began searching to replace one of our Jeeps with a vehicle better equipped for the snow. While visiting Michigan this summer, we had a Chrysler C, as our rental vehicle. We loved the car and everything about it. That played a big part in our decision to continue to keep an SUV but to add a car to "the family. We had gone over to just kind of window shop and get a little bit more information.

    From my personal experience, I was a little hesitant on going to a dealership during business hours, because I do not do well with pushy and feeing bombarded.
